Copacabana Beach Club in Barbados delivers a laid-back beach day with calypso, reggae, and R&B playing in the background. Guests can stretch out on beachside loungers, feel the ocean breeze, and order tropical drinks without leaving their chairs. Lunch is a barbecue-and-salad buffet featuring one protein selection and three sides. The club is situated just 10 minutes from the cruise port on Carlisle Bay. Note that Copacabana is a beach club with beach club amenities only -- it is not a full resort property.

Copacabana Beach Club lines Carlisle Bay and supplies beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, changing rooms, and lockers. The food menu features barbecue chicken, grilled fish, hotdogs, hamburgers, traditional Bajan dishes, and a broad drink selection. Guests spend the day on fine, powdery sand steps from the water.
Taxis are easily found at the Barbados cruise ship terminal. The ride to Copacabana takes approximately 10 minutes. Even with the short transfer, leaving the beach club at least two hours before the ship's departure is recommended.
- Day passes are purchased online and delivered by email the same day. Print the pass and bring it for check-in at the venue. Passes can be bought up to the day before arrival in port, but space is finite, so securing a spot early is recommended.
