A stop at Fu Wi Flavaz restaurant for a food tasting experience of Belize local cuisine and the new feature "from pond to frying pan" showcases a tour of the farm grounds which includes 3 tilapia fish ponds and a 17 x 60 cover structure / green house with fresh vegetables production for market and for the restaurant use. Fresh catch your tilapia for the cook to prepare with traditional spices and condiments for your enjoyment . For the non fish enthusiast other menu items include Chicken, Pork and Shrimp all prepared with simple yet fresh ingredients and served with favorite lunch special sides of coconut rice and beans, fresh salads, tortillas and much more. The restaurant features an outdoor fire grill to smoke and roast meats . A blooming garden, open décor dining space with live tropical plants adorning the pillars and surroundings.  Large open windows and bamboo walls complete the tropical feel and look.
