About this excursion
Welcome to "Boqueria: Guided Market Tour and Paella Cooking Class," where guests will embark on a captivating culinary journey led by Alfredo. Participants will explore the vibrant La Boqueria market, renowned as one of Spain's finest culinary destinations. Alfredo will share insights on sourcing high-quality, fresh produce while enjoying tasty samples along the way.
After the market tour, guests will transition to a beautifully designed workshop space in Plaça Reial, where they will join a small group of up to 10 participants for an immersive cooking experience. Under the guidance of Alfredo and a kitchen assistant, participants will learn to prepare traditional paella and indulge in a selection of exquisite tapas paired with fine wines from various Spanish regions.
This workshop promises to transform each participant into a culinary expert, ready to impress at future dinner parties.
