- Guests should know how to ride a bike and feel comfortable doing so. We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sensible, closed-toe shoes (no flipflops or sandals). We also suggest sunscreen and sunglasses in the summer months, and a pair of gloves to help protect your hands from potential wind chill during the cooler months (typically June to September).
- Guests must be a minimum of 14 years old to participate. Children aged 14 or 15 must be accompanied by an adult, while those 16 and older can participate independently without adult supervision.
