About this excursion
Got a few hours between flights? Don't spend them at the gate. Your driver meets you outside the arrivals hall at Athens Airport with a name sign, loads your luggage into a private, air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi and bottled water, and takes you straight to the Acropolis. Walk up to the Parthenon, the Erechtheion with its Caryatids and the Temple of Athena Nike.
Back in the city you'll see the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the marble Panathenaic Stadium of the first modern Olympics and the Evzones guards, then drive past Syntagma, the neoclassical Athenian Trilogy, Omonia and Monastiraki. If there's time, stop for a quick Greek coffee.
