- Every tour is unique, but you might enjoy freshly baked stroopwafels from a 200-year-old bakery, artisanal Gouda paired with local liquor in a historic merchant house cellar, hand-cut Dutch fries with creamy mayo or satay sauce, colonial Indonesian treats or Surinamese street snacks, famous Dutch chocolates, zesty herring with onions (before 16:00), and a toast with traditional jenever or European wines.

- Not all stops have seating available, so guests ideally should be comfortable walking and standing.

- Allergies: Most stops offer excellent vegetarian and pescatarian options.
- Gluten-free is possible at ~70% of stops before 16:00 — for a fully gluten-free Amsterdam food tour, the private option is best so we can design every stop around you.
- Peanut, shellfish, and nut allergies are usually not a problem, but please tell us so we can confirm with venues (e.g., ask to skip pesto).
