From Amber Cove pier, Viva Wyndham V Heavens is roughly a 35-minute ride, costing about $40 per direction for up to 4 passengers. The resort sits just 17 minutes from the Puerto Plata Cruise Pier. Guests should plan to leave the resort at least 2 hours before their ship's scheduled departure.

Identification is held at the front desk during the visit and returned at checkout. After completing an online reservation, the day pass becomes available immediately for printing. An email confirmation with pass access is also sent for those who prefer to print later. Spaces are limited, so early booking is encouraged. Note: Age verification is required at check-in.
