- An approximate 8 to 25-minute walk from the port is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, shorts or long pants, and sensible closed-toe walking shoes. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also suggested. No sandals are permitted.
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, and motorized scooters are not permitted. Only collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, foldable strollers, and backpacks are allowed, but they must be handled independently by guests. Moderate walking is required, primarily on flat surfaces, though guests should be prepared for varied terrains, stairs and steps. For this reason, the tour is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, back problems, crutches, prosthetics, or other mobility-related disabilities. No standing is allowed in the vehicle, and guests should not talk to the driver as this could cause distractions. Guests are instructed to listen to the driver and/or guide at all times, especially in the case of an emergency. The maximum weight limit for horseback riding is 260 lbs. (118 kg). Infants aged 0-2 are not allowed on this tour. All participants are required to sign a waiver before the tour begins. No alcoholic beverages can be purchased before or during any activity. Applying sun blocker or bug spray prior to entering the monkey habitat is prohibited.
