How often do you check prices?
Once a day, for every excursion someone is tracking. We watch about 52,700 excursions across our port pages.
When will I get an email?
When the operator changes the price and it moves at least 5% and at least $3, or the percentage you chose. Small daily exchange-rate differences never count as a change.
Why hasn't my price changed?
Most excursion prices hold steady for weeks. When they do move, it's usually by around 11%, and they go up about as often as down.
Will the new price apply to my group?
Not always. We track "from" prices, the lowest price per guest the operator lists. A change may not apply to your date or group size, so check the price before you book.
When do alerts stop, and how do I turn them off?
Alerts stop on their own when your cruise ends. To stop sooner, tap Stop tracking on any excursion, or turn off price alert emails in your profile settings. Removing a cruise also stops alerts for excursions tracked on it.
What happens when I save a cruise?
It goes into your cruises and lists you on that sailing's roll call.
