After meeting your guide, you will drive to a beautiful bay located approximately 17 miles south of Punta Arenas in Chile. Upon arrival, professional local tour guides will welcome you and provide all necessary information and instruction before the ride begins. You will set out along the Strait of Magellan near a beautiful wetland inhabited by native birds, insects, and flora. Astride your horse, you'll enjoy the scenery and appreciate the abundant fauna such as quetrus, juarjuales, geese, foxes, and rabbits. The tour continues along a path in the forest up to a viewpoint where you can see the historic Strait of Magellan, with the islands of Tierra del Fuego and Dawson in the distance. From there, you will ride back to the lodge to enjoy a homemade snack of local bread and cheese or jams before heading back to Punta Arenas and your ship.
