It is not allowed to bring any type of food into the park, visitors with a special diet (for children, pregnant women, or diabetics) are allowed to bring peeled fruit, a sandwich, or similar, prepared and packaged in a reusable container.
Cafeteria service is available, sandwiches, salads, pizza slices, cakes, ice cream, smoothies, coffee, and other beverages are available. (Gluten-free not available)
Although babies are free on our experiences, we must complete the entry ticket information if you are making a reservation and traveling with babies (ages 0-2), please add their name to the requested information.
PARKING INFORMATION: Manuel Antonio National Park doesn't have an official parking facility, instead several private parking areas are available for ₡4,000/$8 - ₡5,000/$10 per day (CASH ONLY)
Alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, cigars, vaporizers, lighters, and sharp objects are not permitted in the national park.
Drones, sound instruments, flashlights, hunting or fishing implements, and laser pointers are not permitted in the national park.
To protect the nesting sites of iguanas and endangered sea turtles, pets, beach chairs, umbrellas, hammocks, balls, tents, and any sporting devices (bicycles, surfboards, soccer, frisbee) are NOT permitted in the Manuel Antonio National Park.
It is recommended to wear closed-toe shoes (tennis or hiking boots) to participate in the tour. Pack sandals or flip-flops to wear to the beach if you like.
Wear light, breathable, neutral-colored clothing (shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, etc.) Don't wear super bright colors, think about going unnoticed
Pack sunscreen/insect repellent for the hike. Bathing suits, towels, and even snorkel gear if you plan to stay on the beaches of the national park.
Changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers for rinsing are available (soap and shampoo are not permitted)
The entry ticket is VALID ONLY ONCE, you will not be able to re-enter if you leave the park. The park is open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Subject to favorable weather conditions; if canceled due to poor bad weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
IMPORTANT NOTE: When visiting Manuel Antonio National Park, the use of a face-mask, and temperature checks are NO longer considered mandatory, we recommend you wash your hands before using the national park facilities and pack a small bottle of hand sanitizer.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
