Our day tour goes through the mountainous terrain of Jamaica's South coast. The *Appleton Estate* home of one of the oldest commercially produced *Rums* in the world, is one of the highlights of a classic Jamaica Island tour. Our unique pan-fried peppered shrimp spot is also located in a small community called Middle Quarters. A short drive from Middle Quarters, nestled in lush vegetation, in the countryside is the YS Falls. The crystal clear waters as well as the naturally formed waterfalls is perfect for cooling down from the tropical heat.
