Head out on a full-day tour to discover the churches, monasteries, stories and history behind four western regions of Portugal. We'll pick you up at your hotel in Lisbon and head towards Fátima. You'll visit the Basilica, the Church of the Holy Trinity, the Chapel of Apparitions and the Shrine of Fátima, one of the biggest Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. After Fátima, it's off to rural Batalha to visit the monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one the best examples of Gothic architecture in Portugal. Next, you'll experience the hospitality of Alcobaça where we'll visit the tombs of the Alcobaça Monastery, one of the most visited and bestpreserved monuments in the country. After lunch, we'll visit the romantic and picturesque town of Óbidos before taking in the sunset and heading back to your hotel in Lisbon.
