At 5:00 AM you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the airport for a 7:00 AM flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Goreme town. You will be picked up at 9:30 AM for a tour of Our first station is Devrent Valley, Then we will drive to the Pasabagi (Monk’s Valley), Our the other destination is the old-town of Avanos, a centre of artisan pottery production since the Hittites. Lunch Break. In the afternoon we will visit the Goreme Open Air Museum, which is one of Turkey’s Unesco World Heritage Sites. It was first an important Byzantine monastic settlement that housed some 20 monks, then a pilgrimage site from the 17th century. It contains the finest of the rock-cut churches, with beautiful frescoes. Most of the churches in Goreme Open Air Museum belong to the 10th, 11th and 12th centuries. At the end of a tiring but also a dreamy tour, you will be taken to the airport to fly to Istanbul back, when you arrive you will be transferred to your hotels.
