Upon boarding your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, you will be whisked away to the surfing base camp set up right on the beach. Upon arriving at the beach you will be welcomed by your professional instructors who are local, knowledgeable watermen and surfers from Baja California. Your lesson will start with surfing theory and safety instructions. A warm-up with yoga surfing positions will be next before beginning pop-up practice on the sand. After you are stretched and warmed up, it's time to grab your board and go surfing for approximately 1-hour to put your theory lessons into practice and catch some waves. All surfing equipment is provided, surfboard, wetsuit, and rash-guard. You will quickly learn that surfing is not just a sport, but truly a lifestyle and a remedy for all that life throws your way as you become one with the water and Mother Nature.
