Conveniently located just minutes away from the hotels, shows, and attractions that have made Cabo the tourist destination that it is today. From 7 to 107 years of age, as long as you have no major health issues, you too can join in the fun! For safety reasons the next recommendations are to follow up: • Face masks are mandatory during your shuttle service. • Maximum weight allowed 265 lbs. for ziplining and 235 lbs. for the rappel. • Don’t drink alcohol before taking your tour. • Cameras and cellphones are prohibited during the activity.

If you will be arriving on a cruise, please be aware of the timetable for your tender. Our shuttle service runs on a schedule, and the driver cannot wait beyond the designated pickup time, as this could delay the rest of the group and affect the scheduled activity. Please note that our cancellation policy is within 24 hours and refunds will not be provided.
If you are arriving on a cruise, kindly inform us in advance so that we can assign you a pickup location closer to the port where your ship will dock. This will help to ensure a more convenient and efficient transfer for you.
There is no ATM at the location, so bringing cash for souvenirs, gratuities, or restaurant service is highly suggested.
To ensure the financial safety of all our guests, we require that the cardholder's ID be presented as proof of identity for all credit or debit card transactions made at our basecamp. Please be aware that this protocol applies to all transactions and no exceptions can be made.
Please be aware that shuttle service availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute reservations, as all shuttle spots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. It is recommended to reserve your shuttle as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid any inconvenience.
Luggage is not permitted on the shuttle service.
The transportation is provided only for those who will be participating in the activity. However, if transportation is required for those not participating, it can be arranged upon request for a fee of $25.00 USD per person for a round trip. This fee must be paid upon arrival.
To ensure efficient logistics and comply with local policies, our drivers are not permitted to wait for customers. Therefore, we kindly ask that you are ready and prepared for your pickup at the scheduled time to avoid missing your transportation.
