Wine Tasting in St. Emilion Visit two chateaus, learn about wine making and sample the wines while on this intimate guided tour. Your journey into wine country begins from a central location in Bordeaux. During your approximately 45-minute journey to Saint Emilion you will stop at a Grand Cru Classe Chateau for a tour of their winery and a tasting. From there you will head to a smaller chateau where you will have a second wine tour, along with a tasting and picnic of the region's local produce. Once you have enjoyed the wine and your picnic you will make your way to Saint Emilion, a medieval village and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through the steep, narrow streets and enjoy further tastings at a local wine bar. Your tour concludes with a ride back to the center of Bordeaux.
