Nagoya, Japan is located on the Pacific coast of the main island of Honshu, about 250 miles west of Tokyo. The port is situated on the Aichi Prefecture, on the south side of the city. It is the largest port in the Chubu region and is a major hub for international trade. The port is connected to the city by the Meiko Line, a railway line that runs along the coast.
