Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory located at the southern tip of the Iberian Peninsula, on the Mediterranean Sea. It is bordered by Spain to the north and is connected to the mainland by a narrow isthmus. The port of Gibraltar is located in the western part of the territory, on the north side of the Bay of Gibraltar. It is a major cruise port, with a large number of cruise ships visiting each year.
