Symphony of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean's Oasis-class ships, the #7 ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet by size, built in 2018 and given a scheduled dry dock in 2021. Its 16 passenger decks hold 19 dining venues and 18 bars, arranged in neighborhoods. On deck 8, Central Park is an open-air garden with Jamie's Italian, 150 Central Park and Chops Grille alongside. Aft on deck 6, the Boardwalk has a hand-carved Carousel and the AquaTheater, while the indoor Royal Promenade offers Sorrento's Pizza and the robot-staffed Bionic Bar. Up top are the Ultimate Abyss dry slide, the Zip Line, the Flowrider surf simulator and The Perfect Storm waterslides, and kids head to Splashaway Bay and Adventure Ocean.
