Star of the Seas is a 2025 Icon-class ship, tied for the #2 ship in the Royal Caribbean fleet by size, with 18 passenger decks. It's laid out in neighborhoods: Central Park, an open-air garden lined with Chops Grille, Izumi Hibachi & Sushi and Lou's Jazz N Blues; Surfside, a stay-all-day family zone with the Carousel, Splashaway Bay and the Wonder Playscape; and Thrill Island, home to Crowns Edge, the Flowrider surf simulator and the Adrenaline Peak climbing course. Up top, the Aquadome holds the AquaTheater, and the Royal Promenade brings Dueling Pianos and the Cuban-inspired Boleros. Families can skate at the Absolute Zero ice arena, while adults slip away to The Hideaway, a beach-club retreat with a suspended infinity pool, or Swim And Tonic, a swim-up bar on Chill Island.
With three sea days on this sailing, there's time for Baby Bay, Music Hall and AquaTheater.
