The cabin was neat, clean and well maintained. The majority of the staff was terrific. There was one exception. An incident with staff at Pizza restaurant. He looked at me and said "we don't have takeout". I never asked for take out. I was very offended. I complained and received a insincere apology on the phone. This individual spoiled it for all the professional, friendly crew. No management responded.
We did not like the layout of the cabin. Could not view the TV from the couch and TV could not be adjusted. Very poor planning and layout
Disability cabin 11636 was absolutely fantastic. It was very spacious.The bathroom was huge with great walk in shower facility and the balcony was extremely spacious. It had fantastic unobstructed view of the sea from the back of the ship. Was not noisy at all and extremely comfortable. Also very close to the lift at the back of the ship which almost felt exclusive to you. Recommend this cabin unreservedly.
