Norwegian Star is a Dawn-class ship built in 2001, refreshed in a 2021 refurbishment, and the #18 ship in the Norwegian fleet by size. Its 14 dining venues and 7 bars gather in lively pockets: on deck 6, Le Bistro serves French dishes amid Art Nouveau decor near the Italian trattoria La Cucina and the glamorous Gatsby's Champagne Bar. One deck up, Teppanyaki chefs cook tableside beside Sushi and the Sake Bar. Cagney's Steakhouse and Moderno Churrascaria share deck 13 with the open-air Sugarcane Mojito Bar.
