Attire
Smart casual to formal attire, such as collared shirts, dresses, or suits, is recommended for specialty dining venues like Cagney’s Steakhouse. Avoid casual shorts or flip-flops, especially on dress-up nights, to match the upscale ambiance.
How to reserve
To reserve Sushi, the most recommended method is to purchase the package in advance through your "My NCL" account on the official Norwegian Cruise Line website. The ability to pre-book your dining reservations depends on your Latitudes Rewards status and your stateroom category. For most guests, reservations open around 90-120 days prior to sailing, but those in Suites, The Haven, or with higher loyalty status may be able to book even earlier, at 125-130 days out. This is highly recommended as popular restaurants and prime dining times, like 7:00 PM, can fill up quickly.
How to purchase
If you don't purchase a package ahead of time, you can also do so once you are on board the ship, typically within the first two days of your cruise. You can book your dining at a designated reservations desk, often located in the main atrium, or through interactive video terminals on board. While reservations are not always required for Sushi, they are highly recommended to ensure you can dine at your desired time and location. The dining package is tied to your individual cruise card, and you will present this to the hostess at the restaurant to use one of your meal credits. It's important to remember that the package doesn't cover premium menu items or alcoholic beverages, and a gratuity and service charge will be added to the package price at the time of purchase.
Age restrictions
There are no specific age restrictions for Sushi, but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
