Cabin 10196 Reviews
We were really happy with the cabin. Large bathroom. Great views from the deck. Centrally located for getting to all food and entertainment. Lots of storage. Happy we got the little bit bigger upgrade because it was all in the bathroom
It was a very comfortable cabin. Great balcony. Our only problem was that we had a room steward who was new on the job and didn't do the kind of job we've come to expect.
everything was working and very clean
Norwegian Joy Club Balcony Suite – Disappointing Upgrade We upgraded to what Norwegian Cruise Line calls a Club Balcony Suite, but in my opinion, the only significant difference from a regular balcony cabin was the larger bathroom. Otherwise, the cabin was essentially the same. During our 15-day cruise, we received a cheap bottle of sparkling wine, which we found undrinkable, and appetizers delivered to our cabin on two occasions. The appetizers looked so unappealing that we didn’t even touch them. We also received one complimentary bag of laundry. My biggest complaint was the constant vibration and shaking in the cabin. Our cabin was located on the starboard side of the ship, supposedly midship. Despite this location, I could feel the ship vibrating and shaking throughout the entire cruise. The only time the vibration stopped was when we were in port. This was my third cruise within a year, and it was the first time I had experienced this level of vibration in a supposedly midship cabin. It was extremely disappointing, especially considering that we had paid extra for an upgraded accommodation. My recommendation: Save your money and book a regular balcony cabin unless having a larger bathroom is particularly important to you. In my experience, the additional perks offered with the Club Balcony Suite were absolutely not worth the increased price. I would not pay extra for this upgrade again.
