The Breakaway underwent a major refurbishment in March 2025. Key additions included Horizon Park with an expansive live music stage and the Silver Screen Bistro. The Vibe Beach Club and The Haven Sundeck were both expanded with additional seating and luxury cabanas, and Palomar was introduced as the new signature seafood venue.
