We did not like the room at all. There was nowhere to sit. There were no chairs. I asked for at least one chair to put in the room and they said it was a safety issue. How can a chair be a safety issue. I was told there is a seat under the desk. It was a stool. How is that safer than a chair? I ended up taking a chair from the balcony and putting it in the corner so my handicapped husband had a safe place to sit with arms to help him get up. It was kept clean by our room steward who was excellent. The bathroom floor was always flooded when showering. Had to ask for extra towels to soak it up so we did not fall on the very wet floor when coming out. I will never go on an MSC ship again if they insist we have a handicapped room because we have a scooter.
