NO AC. requested from the second we were able to get into our rooms a fan. went to customer service and they said they would have a technician come out and still NOTHING. also requested a fridge and NOTHING. this was the worse room i have ever had on a cruise. wanted to go up on deck 11 and sleep because it was cooler up there. my husband slept several nights on deck 5 at customer service on the couch because it was cooler there
It was good size. Very comfortable temperature wise, bed was comfy and our room steward was awesome!
It was the most awful experience ever. The ac didn’t work in the room, the fridge was blowing heat. We bought the internet $30 per phone and it didn’t work. We had to purchase a Margaritaville resort package at $149 a piece for 2 people and lost so much island time because of waiting for transportation and lost time when we arrived for filling out paperwork that should have already been done. Terrible service and experience. Zero stars Out of ten. Won’t go on a margaritaville cruise ever again. Other ships will get our business.
The location was great, very close to the elevators. I was very impressed with the size of the cabin, bathroom and spacious closet space including the drawers. Beautiful room and our steward/ Eren was extremely attentive to our needs. All areas of the boat itself were immaculate clean
