How to reserve
On the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, you reserve your dining time for the main dining room, Fins Dining, upon boarding the ship. You’ll choose between the two set dinner times—5:45 PM or 8:00 PM—at check-in or by visiting the dining room on Deck 8 or Guest Services shortly after embarkation, as it’s a first-come, first-served process. On the Margaritaville at Sea Islander, Fins operates with open seating from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, so no reservations are needed; you simply arrive during those hours, though you might wait during peak times.
