I was surprised at the space in our room. They used every inch of available space for storage so you can truly unpack for your trip. Your suitcases fit under the bed. They have two huge drawers at the foot of the bed in addition to three cabinets for either hanging clothes or convert to shelves. There is storage under the small couch as well and other small drawers and nooks. The balcony was fantastic. Bring a coat to wear due to the colder temps in Alaska. They also provide fleece blankets for your use. The views from the balcony were amazing as we were able to watch for whales and other sea life, the mountains without the winds if we were out on the main decks for viewing. The bed was comfortable and we slept well for the entire week. I would suggest a hanging toiletry bag. There is a medicine cabinet in the bathroom but big enough for only one person's items. We were near the elevators, however, we did not hear people talking or sounds from there. Our cabin stewards were excellent, fulfilling our every need and keeping our cabin spick and span. They had blackout curtains for the room and they worked extremely well. I did not need my sleep mask. I would definitely reserve this room again!
