How to reserve

If you are unable to pre-purchase your desired reservations, you can book them once you get on board the ship. On embarkation day, there will be a dedicated dining reservation desk, or you can go directly to Tamarind. The staff will be able to check for available times and add you to a waiting list if your preferred seating is full.

How to purchase

To pre-purchase your specialty dining package, you can log in to your account on the Holland America website and navigate to the "Manage My Cruise" section. It is highly recommended to book your reservations online as soon as your booking window opens, which varies by your loyalty status, as popular times and restaurants fill up quickly.
