Pricing
Based on feedback from our users, we advise that you please use caution when purchasing items from Palace Treasures, in that they may be overpriced. Use onboard boutiques as visual showrooms, take photos and note brand/model. After your cruise, compare with authorized retailers or reputable gray-market sellers where better value or warranties may apply. If you purchase onboard, request documentation (brand name, model, materials, warranty info).
Attire
Palace Treasures recommended attire, according to Disney, is "cruise casual" - including collared shirts, slacks, or jeans (no rips) for men, and blouses, sundresses, or pants for women, with no swimwear, tank tops, or flip-flops.
How to reserve
Palace Treasures items are typically availalbe onboard only. Through the DCL website (disneycruise.disney.go.com), you can pre-purchase select items under “Onboard Gifts” for delivery to your stateroom. But, these likely won't inlcude items from Palace Treasures.
How to purchase
To purchase items Palace Treasures, visit the shop during open hours (typically 9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m., check the Navigator app). Pay with your stateroom keycard, linked to a credit card or Disney gift card. Cash and debit cards are accepted at some shops, but keycard is preferred.
Age restrictions
Palace Treasures, like most public areas of your Disney ship, requires that children under 13 years old must be supervised by an adult, especially during late-night hours.
Good to know
Palace Treasures opens around 9:00 a.m. and closes between 10 and 11 p.m. on sea days. While in port, operating hours are typically reduced.
