Cabin 9296 Reviews
Cabin 2148 was wonderful. The room is spacious. The balcony is hugh and you can see across the back of the ship and down the side. The views are amazing. The room was quiet. We would stay in that cabin again.
Everything was great , especially our room attendant
7108 on Celebrity Solstice is one of the Horizon Suites (forward facing)on Celebrity ships. It possibly is the worst possible retreat suite on all Celebrity ships. Starts out the balcony is 50 sf, with 50% view blocked by the structure of the boat. The balcony on 8108 is twice the size without the obstructed view. The space is large, however the whole suite feels like an “interior room” suite when it comes to view. Its view is worse than a regular veranda room. The 2 slanted forward windows are small, slanted and dirty. The bathroom is a regular room bathroom, small, old and tired. The bedroom is very small, also one is likely to hit his or her head on the window sil from one side of the bed. We booked the “Horizon Suite” , cabin 8108 on another Celebrity ships over a year ago, paid the price equivalent to a Royal Suite ($150 cheaper) based on the photo Celebrity posted. When we decided to switch itinerary and ship, Celebrity gave me 7108, I did not bother to check further and that was a mistake. We tried to get our suite changed, couldn’t do it as all suites were taken. The Celebrity staff acknowledged shortcomings of the suite and promised to reflect to the head office. To make the situation more palatable to us knowing we paid full price of the terrible cabin, the retreat director and all staff allowed our friends in regular veranda rooms to eat with us at Luminae the entire cruise, free dinner at Murano and future cruise credits of $3000.00.
It was spacious, quiet, nice views
