Celebrity Millennium is a Millenium-class ship launched in 2000, the #12 ship in the Celebrity fleet by size, reworked in a 2019 Revolution refit with redesigned staterooms and refreshed dining and entertainment spaces. Across 11 passenger decks it packs 11 dining venues and 6 bars. The aft end of deck 5 gathers the elegant Metropolitan Restaurant, Sushi On Five, the Cellar Masters wine bar and spa-inspired Blu for AquaClass and suite guests. Elsewhere, Tuscan Grille serves handmade pasta and dry-aged steaks, Qsine puts a playful menu on iPads, and Crush pours martinis over an ice-topped bar. Evenings center on Broadway-style shows in The Theater, while days drift between the Solarium, a glass-enclosed retreat for grown-ups, and the Persian Garden thermal suite, with films under the stars on the Rooftop Terrace.
