Celebrity Apex is an Edge-class ship launched in 2020, tied for #5 in the Celebrity fleet by size, with 14 passenger decks and a routine dry dock in late 2023 that brought refreshed carpeting. Its 17 dining venues range from Le Grand Bistro, a Parisian-style bistro, to Eden Restaurant, where dinner comes with live entertainment. On deck 5, the Grand Plaza, styled after an Italian piazza, sits beside Fine Cut Steakhouse and the sushi spot Raw On 5, and Broadway-style productions fill The Theater. Up top, the Rooftop Garden is an open-air green space shared with the Rooftop Garden Grill and Sunset Bar, while the Magic Carpet is a movable deck platform that doubles as an open-air restaurant. The glass-enclosed Solarium is reserved for adults, and kids and teens have Camp At Sea and The Basement.
With two sea days on this sailing, there's time for Art Gallery, The Basement and Blu.
