We enjoyed having same cabin for a back to back experience !! from 9/27 until 10/11/26 !! Our Stateroom Attendant "Herman" was excellent...I had a problem with my back < 3 bulging disc > and a Adema problem with swelling of my legs. Several times I had to get out of bed from sleep because of pain in both areas < feet and back > and requierd a hard back chair to try and get sleep and comfort. Herman referred us to Guest services to see about getting a couple of chairs for the room , which had no sofa or chairs ! We were told that the Floor Supervisor would come to assist us ! within 3 minutes a Miss JERUCEL came to the room and said she would get us 2 chairs that were comfortable enough to satisfy my needs. Again within 5 minutes she came back with help from a person MCDIANA with 2 very good chairs to help !! Noise was occasionally a problem because of the Harbor View large amt. of kids in the hallways ... they were very sloppy throwing pizza, cookies and other foor matter all over the halls. It was a nightmare for the Stewards to maintain and keep clean. All & all we enjoyed our stay , in particular about keeping same room for back to back purposes... Customs people were able to get all 30 people who were back to back customers cleared with faciall recognition gear and able to return to our rooms quickly !! RMC
It was clean!!!! It was comfortable and I really enjoyed having two bathrooms I wish it was two full bathrooms!!! But two showers and a tub was enough.
