Carnival Splendor is a Splendor-class ship built in 2008, the #14 ship in the Carnival fleet by size, with 13 passenger decks. An August 2024 dry dock in Singapore brought a new "Southern Cross" livery, new carpeting, a refreshed Mini Golf course and an updated Lido Restaurant with new food stations. Around The Sun Pool on deck 9, poolside favorites Guy's Burger Joint, Blue Iguana Tequila Bar and RedFrog Rum Bar keep things lively, while adults retreat aft to Serenity Adult Only Retreat. For a special night there's Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse or the Indian clay-oven cooking at Masala Tiger, followed by a production in the Spectacular Spectacular Main Lounge or a film on the big outdoor screen at Seaside Theater. Families head to WaterWorks for the Twister Waterslide, and little ones splash in Splashy Cove.
