Carnival Jubilee is a Carnival XL-class ship built in 2023, tied for the #1 ship in the Carnival fleet by size, with 12 passenger decks. Up top, Bolt Ultimate Sea Coaster sends riders around a motorcycle-style track, while SkyCourse strings a ropes course above the sea and WaterWorks adds the spiraling Twister Waterslide. Deck 8 is a food lover's stretch: Bonsai Teppanyaki, the Chinese and Mexican fusion of Chibang! and the Italian trattoria Cucina del Capitano sit together midship, with Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que and Rudi's Seagrill aft. Evenings bring Broadway-style productions at the Jubilee Theater, stand-up at The Punchliner Comedy Club and cocktails at the octopus-themed Dr Inks Phd. Kids head to Camp Ocean and Dr. Seuss Bookville, and adults slip away to the Serenity Adult Only Retreat.
With four sea days on this sailing, there's time for Patio Pool, SkyCourse and Cloud 9 Spa.
