Carnival Firenze is a Vista-class ship built in 2020 as Costa Firenze and renovated at Spain's Cadiz shipyard before joining Carnival in 2024. With 13 passenger decks, it's the #8 ship in the Carnival fleet by size. The makeover leans Italian, down to a new Atrium inspired by Florence. Deck 5 gathers Il Vaggio for regional Italian cooking, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Bonsai Teppanyaki and Bonsai Sushi, plus Amari Bar and Piano Bar 88. Poolside, Tomodoro blends Italian and Mexican flavors near Guy's Burger Joint, while WaterWorks and the Twister Waterslide keep things splashy. Thrill-seekers can tackle the SkyCourse ropes course, kids head to Camp Ocean and Dr. Seuss Bookville, and adults slip away to the Serenity Adult Only Retreat.
