Carnival Firenze is a Vista-class ship built in 2020 as Costa Firenze and renovated at Spain's Cadiz shipyard before joining Carnival in 2024. With 13 passenger decks, it's the #8 ship in the Carnival fleet by size. The makeover leans Italian, down to a new Atrium inspired by Florence. Deck 5 gathers Il Vaggio for regional Italian cooking, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Bonsai Teppanyaki and Bonsai Sushi, plus Amari Bar and Piano Bar 88.
