Carnival Elation is a Fantasy-class ship built in 1998, the #31 ship in the Carnival fleet by size, with 10 passenger decks. A major 2023 refurbishment brought new hull livery and a completely new Javablue Cafe, and Camp Ocean was refreshed in January 2025. Deck 10 centers on the Resort Pool, ringed by poolside favorites Guy's Burger Joint, Blue Iguana Cantina, the RedFrog Rum Bar and the Blue Iguana Tequila Bar. Up top, WaterWorks spins riders down the Twister Waterslide, with Mini Golf and Bocce Lawn Bowling higher still. Evenings run from the Asian-inspired Mikado Main Lounge to the Moroccan-themed Casablanca Casino, the vintage cocktails of Alchemy Bar and sing-alongs at Duke's Piano Bar. Food lovers can book The Chef's Table for its multi-course tasting menu, while teens split between Circle C and Club O2.
