The Carnival Breeze last underwent a significant refurbishment during a dry dock in April 2022 (from approximately March to April/May, including work in Cadiz, Spain, and Freeport, Bahamas). This refurbishment focused primarily on routine hotel maintenance and cosmetic enhancements, such as new carpeting, upholstery refreshes, updated tiling, and general upkeep in public areas and staterooms. Additional updates included the extension of the non-smoking casino section with a new bar (replacing the Thrill Theater) and the application of Carnival's signature red, white, and blue hull paint scheme. No major new venues or structural changes were added during this period. As of December 2025, no further dry docks or significant refurbishments have occurred since 2022, with the next scheduled maintenance planned for February–March 2027.
