Aerobics
Dedicated Fitness Space for Workouts
The Aerobics area is a dedicated fitness space used for group exercise classes and individual workouts. It features an open floor with non-slip surfaces suitable for stretching, yoga, or movement-based activities. The room is equipped with mirrors, mats, and light equipment such as resistance bands or hand weights, depending on the session. Instructors lead scheduled classes that may include aerobics, stretching, or low-impact training, accommodating a range of fitness levels. The environment is bright and practical, designed to support safe movement and comfortable participation. When not in use for classes, the area remains available for personal exercise or quiet stretching as part of the overall fitness center facilities.
Yes
Aerobics does not have an associated fee to participate. The activity is included in your cruise fare. Check your Carnival daily schedule of events to find hours of operation.
Aerobics is free for guests to use.
Aerobics is restricted to guests 16 or older, with 13–15-year-olds allowed under adult supervision. Children under 13 are prohibited due to safety concerns.
Aerobics recommended attire, according to Carnival, is "athletic wear" - including items suitable for exercise, i.e. workout clothing (e.g., T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, leggings), athletic shoes (closed-toe for safety in the gym), and optional swimwear for pool-adjacent activities like running tracks. Casual cover-ups are advised when transitioning to other ship areas, and swimwear alone is not permitted in the fitness center.
