Cross the Chuxi river you will then go to a local Hakka family to have a traditional Chinese lunch. Enjoy the local Hakka food and their special home made rice wine!  - After lunch you will visit the Jiqing Building which has a history of more than 580 years. Have a try on those stairs only built with wood, not a single nail is used. You will then visit the Hakka Folk Museum inside of the building to learn more about the Hakka people, local customs and the Hakka Earth Buildings.  - Go out from the museum,  you will continue to explore the other buildings with various shapes like the square Shengqing Building, round Shanqing Building, Gengqing Building and hexagon Gongqing Building.  - You will have a chance to visit the local primary school in the village and have an interaction with the pupils.  - After the tour,  you will have a good rest on the comfortable vehicle during the 3-hour drive back to Xiamen.
