CANAVA SANTORINI was established in 1974 on Santorini island by Evagellos Lygnos. - Today his son Loukas Lygnos still produces CANAVA SANTORINI's fine spirits with the same principles and the same local materials. Visitors can walk through narrow paths get to the square and the cafe, see the distillation of a bygone era and see through half-open doors and windows the recent past of Santorini. - The church of Zoodochos Pigiu (meaning Life Giving) can be found in the rocks following the path which links Perissa, the necropolis of Ancient Thira and Kamari.
