For programs outside of that time, an additional supplement applies. Vehicles are air-conditioned and are provided with a driver and a certified English-speaking guide. Please Note: Vehicles available for this tour accommodate groups of up to 7 or 14 guests maximum. Each group of 7 guests will be accommodated in a minivan with a driver, and the guide will meet you when you arrive in Rome. You will notice an increase in price for groups over 7 guests, as larger groups will be accommodated with a minibus, a minibus driver, a separate English-speaking assistant, and a guide, who will meet you when you arrive in Rome. You are welcome to split larger groups and book multiple minivans (maximum 7 guests per minivan) if you do not require your group to travel together on one larger vehicle and you do not need the amenities listed above. Please take this information into consideration when booking. Private vehicle bookings do not include entrance fees, meals, parking fees, tolls, refreshments, or gratuities. The guide and driver will occupy the front seats and guests are not permitted to operate the vehicle. If you are interested in visiting the Colosseum, the Vatican Museums, or the Borghese Gallery, we suggest booking your tickets in advance. Due to vehicle restrictions in Rome, please note if you plan to visit the Vatican Museums, Saint Peter's Basilica, or the Colosseum at the time of booking.
