Only as a reference, we provide tours and tourist services, at the Puerto Madryn area, Peninsula Valdes and Punta Tombo with Trelew valley; we focus all our efforts on providing outstanding experiences in contact with wildlife. Besides our office in downtown Puerto Madryn, we also have desks at both of the city’s piers, and we have been providing shore excursions to cruise passengers for the last 14 seasons. All our tours start and finish at the pier. These rates includes vehicle up to 18 seats, with A/C, English speaking tour guide and box lunch (ham and cheese sandwich, granola bar, 1 Argentinean alfajor and 1 bottle of water) also you can choose between a vegetarian, or gluten free meals. We don’t use coach buses for tours. If the ship doesn’t dock, we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100% If you don’t show up at the pier up to 45 minutes after the ship docks (NO SHOW) we will charge 100% of the rate
