Your guide will lead you through a hands-on tour where you will learn about the history of rum making and observe the fermentation, distilling, filtering, blending and bottling processes. Head to the lab to learn about quality control measures and taste one of the more than 50 flavored rums in development. Over at the tasting bar you can sample rum-infused cake and artisanal products. While here, pop into the boutique shop for unique St. Maarten gifts and pick up a bottle or two of limited edition flavored rums that are only available on site.Continue on to Kimsha Beach and be greeted with a welcome drink and enjoy a delicious lunch of traditional Caribbean BBQ.
