Guided Tour duration is approximately: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Dress Code: Wear hiking footwear, jeans or long pants, swimwear and towel in a light daypack/bag. Description: Panamanian style lunch+softdrink and a water bottle are included in this excursion package, swimming is optional (if weather allows) the extra time for zip lining or activities may have admittance costs, e.g.: to any of the swimming spots, are not included in our price.
