Enter the world of chocolate for an educational experience where you will learn about the chocolate-making process from bean to bar, a perfect way to spend time with the entire family.The art of chocolate at Graycliff Chocolatier begins with a chocolate journey through the history of its Bahamas home. You will explore the factory and learn how cocoa beans become scrumptious candy, from being roasted and ground into cocoa nibs, stone ground into liquid chocolate and then poured into sculpted molds.Next you will enter the classroom where you will create your own chocolate bar and other chocolate goodies. Gourmet chocolates and truffles are available for purchase at the boutique once your experience has finished.Please Note: This facility uses nuts (food allergies should be known beforehand). Protective gear will be provided and is mandatory to wear during the tour.
